It brightened my day when:

K: a friend provided us with so much bureaucratic help
P: I walked into the house after school and saw how clean and spring-like it felt
J: my brother's friend said I was a good baker (even though I made the brownies from a box)
H: my sister gave me an extra sip of her root beer
